Fundusz powstał w ramach programu BRIdge Alfa i jest wspólnym przedsięwzięciem Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, Funduszu Zalążkowego KPT, SATUS Venture oraz Krakowskiego Centrum Innowacyjnych Technologii INNOAGH.

Współpracę z INNOventure mogą nawiązać naukowcy, doktoranci, absolwenci z własnym innowacyjnym pomysłem, doświadczeni Business Developerzy oraz inwestorzy chcący uczestniczyć w nowych projektach z dużym potencjałem rynkowym.
