Realza Capital is a Private Equity firm focused on making investments in Spanish mid-sized companies. It has more than 300 million euros under management through 2 Private Equity funds: Realza Capital FCR of 170 million euros which has already been fully invested in 7 companies and it is currently being divested, and Realza Capital II FCR of 165 million euros in an investment phase. Investors of both funds are prestigous international institutions as well as Spanish institutional investors and families. Realza Capital invests in companies alongside entrepreneurs, management teams and founding families and uses its own collective experience to assist in achieving the execution of the company’s strategy and delivery of its business plan as previously agreed by all parties. Realza Capital actively participates in all strategic decisions, but does not seek involvement in day-to-day business operations which it considers the management team’s responsibility. Realza Capital was founded by a well regarded, successful and committed team with combined experience of more than 100 years in the Private Equity sector. The team is led by its Founding Partners, who started their professional careers in Private Equity in 1989 and who have since completed 31 investments with investment capital totaling in excess of 585 million euros.
