Our unique Joint-Source-Channel-Coding (JSCC) algorithms were developed specifically to enable zero delay delivery of high-definition and ultra-high-definition video, through designing our own chipset, and to a complete planning and architecture of the wireless system to fit the market requirements.

In November, 2018, Creative Solutions, a Division of The Vitec Group plc, announced the acquisition of Amimon. Amimon’s proprietary technology is found inside many products built by Creative Solutions including products from Teradek, SmallHD and Paralinx. Teradek is the world leader in wireless video products created for the cinema market. Amimon was established in 2004, with its R&D centre is in Ra’anana, Israel, where the majority of its 60 employees are based. Dr. Zvi Reznic, Amimon’s Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, and Tal Keren-Zvi, General Manager, VP Operations & R&D remain with the company to leadCONNEX provides Full-HD encrypted video with zero latency and is capable of displaying telemetry information using its built-in OSD, as well as sending control commands via Futaba S-Bus protocol to the gimbal on the drone. CONNEX utilizes a robust 5GHz transmission frequency with sophisticated 2x5 MIMO and automatic channel selection (AFS) to ensure resilient connectivity at all times. Utilizing the 5GHz band, the CONNEX is free from UAV control interference and other 2.4GHz radio links. CONNEX supports multicasting to up to four screens simultaneously, while maintaining excellent HD video.
