Every product we create is rooted in tradition and supported by science. Ancient Nutrition is based on traditional Chinese herbalism and Ayurveda, which are ways of eating and thinking that have survived generations, combined with today’s modern research. Our founders, Dr. Josh Axe and Jordan Rubin, both experienced health journeys that hit close to home - and navigated those with ancient practices.
