- Open the application and register the home you are going to rent. You can register as many as you want. You only have to do it the first time and you will have it available with just one click.
- Make a new CheKin. Fill in the rental information and get the signature of the guest. Immediately a contract will be generated that you will keep in the cloud.
- Collect data from all tenants over 16 years old, in 5 seconds! Thanks to our scanner that captures the data of any identity document or passport.
- Revise the contract and confirm or annul it.
- Connect with the police. Register guests as required by law. All in 2 simple steps. You can do it at that moment or upload it later.
- Consult the CheKin in progress and the finished ones in our Control Panel.
