記憶は人類の知的活動の根源であり、誰もが日々の生活の中で様々なことを自然に記憶しています。にもかかわらず、「英単語の暗記」のように、意識して何かを記憶するのは苦しいことだと捉えられてしまっています。
これは、記憶することそれ自体が苦しいのではなく、「何を憶えているのか」「何を忘れたのか」「どのように憶えるか」などを管理をすることが苦しいためだと私たちは考えます。
私たちは、記憶活動に付随する問題を解消することで、記憶と純粋に向き合えるようにします。検索エンジンによって「調べること」が日常になったように、「Monoxer」によって記憶を日常にしたい。そう考えています。
●「Monoxer」について
生徒と先生の間にはたくさんのブラックボックスがあります。生徒は昨日勉強したのか？なぜテストの成績が悪かったのか？指導方針は生徒にあっているのか？全てをチューニングし、成績向上を支援するには先生の時間がいくらあっても足りません。Monoxerはブラックボックスを消し去り、先生が短い時間で生徒一人ひとりの成績向上ができるよう支援します。
・生徒各々に合った問題を自動生成
Monoxerが生徒一人ひとりの得意、苦手、忘却速度を測定し、生徒が憶えるために必要な問題を必要なだけ、憶えるまで出題します。
・生徒の記憶度に基づいた学習指導
これまでテストでしか測れなかった習熟度や、そこに至るまでの生徒の努力過程が見えるようになります。褒めたり、励ましたりするポイントが明確になります。
・先生しかできない仕事に集中
知識定着のために暗記法をサポートしたり、生徒にこまめなヒアリングをされている先生は多いのではないでしょうか？Monoxerがそれらを引き受け、先生の業務量を削減します。
