The patent granted C3P3® technology enables to develop highly processive transcription systems thanks to the combined use of a new kind of single-unit RNA polymerase and specific DNA templates to produce high yields of fully mature eukaryotic-like mRNA molecules (native 5’-cap and 3’-polyadenylation with non-phosphorylated capped 5’-ends).
