GAIN Personal Training is available now in San Francisco, New York, Denver and Salt Lake City. To get started, simply create a GAIN Fitness account and begin. The GAIN Fitness app for iOS is available in the Apple iTunes App Store at http://gainfit.com/7b28. GAIN Personal Training begins at $109 per month; to sign up visit http://trainer.gainfitness.com.

With over 1.5M downloads of 13 self-guided fitness apps, GAIN has customized the personal training experience to serve busy professionals, travelers, budget conscious folks, and casual fitness enthusiasts alike. Hybrid Personal Trainer is approximately ⅕ the cost of traditional personal training, and provides continuous access to a certified fitness professional throughout the month.
How Hybrid Personal Trainer works

GAIN has assembled a network of elite personal trainers with nationally recognized certifications and a wide range of specialties. Clients are matched with a GAIN trainer who is hand-picked by the GAIN team based on individual fitness goals and location. Clients have the option to meet once, twice, or four times each month, and program costs vary accordingly.

Between in-person sessions trainers hold clients accountable by creating tailored workouts that are delivered via the GAIN iOS app. Workouts are developed using GAIN’s exercise library of more than 2,000 exercises, and can include traditional strength training, CrossFit, kettlebells, yoga, and pre- or post-natal Pilates. Clients complete these workouts on their own time and the GAIN app delivers results to trainers in real time. Trainers can then track their clients’ progress and make necessary adjustments on the fly.
