Glo has developed high brightness nanowire light emitting diodes, using nanotechnology, to offer advanced microLED (mLED) products used in displays. In tandem, Glo has developed technology to transfer RGB microLEDs onto various backplane surfaces such as glass, silicon, and flexible substrate. Glo's proprietary nanowire and transfer technology enables direct view displays to offer 10 times the brightness while using 20% of the power that a high-quality OLED would use.
