Grounded Investment Company (GIC) invests in agricultural entrepreneurs in East and South Africa, with a focus on processing businesses for non-perishable high-value crops such as tea and spices. In doing so, GIC takes a very handson approach to increase the impact of the businesses and help small-scale farmers in the region transition to a regenerative agriculture system.
