HQRC Management Services is a New York based dental service organization primarily servicing dental practices in the Northeast of the United States. HQRC was founded in 1996 by Dr. Barry Jacobson, a well-known NYC pediatric dentist who created and ran the pediatric residency program at Mt. Sinai Medical Center for eight years.
