Hydrogenious Technologies is a manufacturer and full-service provider of LOHC-based hydrogen storage and transportation systems. We develop modular hydrogen storage and supply systems based on the specific needs of our customers and ensure full integration into existing operations. Together with our customers, we identify the best-fit component mix taking operational, efficiency and safety aspects into account.
Besides supplying our customers with LOHC storage and release equipment, we also target the establishment of a market platform for hydrogenated LOHC, enabling our customers to connect with each other for the best of both sides.
ADVANTAGES
Hydrogen storage in liquid organic hydrogen carriers has significant advantages compared to other existing storage technologies:
• Safety: Our LOHC is non-toxic and non-explosive
• Easiness to handle: Our LOHC is liquid at ambient pressure and over a broad range of temperature, making it very easy to handle
• Storage density: A storage density of 700 Nm3 H2 / Nm3 LOHC is comparable to compressed storage at 2.000 bar
• Costs: Our LOHC is an industrial standard product and hence easily available at low costs. Therefore hydrogen storage capacity is no longer a limiting factor.
