Loop Genomics sells long-read sample prep kits and services for 16S, 16S and 18S, ITS, RNASeq and Amplicons. Loop Genomics uses a patented technlogy that copies & pastes UMIs intramolecularly down any nucleotide. This barcoding is used to reassemble long-read data from short read sequencing runs.
