Excellence
People – We want to attract experienced passionate professionals that know construction and have a desire to pursue Excellence within the design and construction industry. We believe that we must invest in our people. That each of our employee has a right to be treated with respect and professionalism. We desire to build an inspiring work place where people are free to explore and experiment in order to improve our processes and technology that will bring saving to our clients.
Process – our process are continually be improved to provide the Excellence to our clients. We have designed our processes to achieve and exceed our client’s goals. We strive to save our clients 20% of the cost of their projects that can be reinvested into the project or saved for future projects. We also desire to organize our management assignments to reduce by 20% the O&M costs of our clients.
Technology – we design our technology to provide high value to our clients and to our people as they manage programs for our clients. Continual improvement of our technology is a constant. We evaluate our successes and identify where improvement needs to be made and we make it.
Collaboration
People – we collaborate, with our people, our clients, and our partners. We desire to develop trusting collaborative relationships with our clients, employees and partners. We are open and honest and constantly looking for feedback on what we can do differently and how we can make our projects and our company more collaborative and open.
Process – we have found that collaboration save time and money while increasing quality of projects. Our process if focused on honest and continuous communications, collaboration and the development of trusting relationships. Collaboration takes diligence to maintain.
Technology - our technology is designed to increase collaboration by providing as transparent view of the project as our clients would like.
Integrity
People – we require integrity of all employees at MOCA. When we make a commitment to a client, an employee or a partner we stand by it and honor it even if it is not in our best interest, we do not backtrack.
Process – we do not oversell our process, we prove our processes and then over deliver on our promises to our clients and employees. We use proven process that we have tested, proved and refined in order to achieve the goals and objectives that we are contracted to provide.
Technology – we do not sell our software, we provide it as part of our PM services.
Innovation
People – we encourage innovation. We want our employees to feel free to experiment with new methods and process that will increase our value to our clients by assisting in the accomplishment of our mission and the client’s project goals.
Process – we continually innovate to solve and address the needs of our clients and their projects. We customize our process as needed to fulfill these owner needs.
Technology – we deploy innovative technology to assist in addressing our client’s needs. We do not use technology for technology sake, but to address and to solve our client’s problems. MOCA technology is designed to support and provide value to our clients and employees as they serve our clients.
