Natel Energy's mission is to scale sustainable, distributed hydropower solutions that produce reliable renewable energy, are climate resilient, and balance the competing demands on water using a combination of innovative hardware and AI. We combine those innovations into a framework called Restoration Hydro. Success means we can both speed the transition to a zero carbon grid and adapt to changing water patterns that we are already seeing in increasing frequency and urgency from climate change.
Natel operates as a distributed team, with a home office and manufacturing space in a repurposed hangar on the former Naval Air Station in Alameda, CA.
