Oculai ist eine Lösung zur kamerabasierten Datenerhebung auf Baustellen. Mittels intelligenter Computer Vision Algorithmen werden aus Bildmaterial Daten zu Ressourceneinsatz, Bauleistungen und Baufortschritt extrahiert. So wird zeitaufwändige Dokumentation automatisiert und Produktivitätsdefizite in einzelnen Prozessen frühzeitig aufgedeckt. Die Daten werden über ein interaktives Dashboard für den Nutzer aufbereitet, oder in ein bestehendes BIM-Modell importiert. Durch den reduzierten Dokumentations- und Kommunikationsaufwand und Produktivitätsanalyse einzelner Prozesse ergeben sich erhebliche Einsparpotentiale für Bauunternehmen.
