Perfood has turned the latest medical and scientific insights around personalized nutrition into a cutting-edge digital therapy. Its "MillionFriends" program, based on many years of know-how of the Institute for Nutritional Medicine in Lubeck, Germany, enables people to discover exactly which foods are "good" (they cause only a small glucose spike) and "bad" for them.
