Welcome to our Pizza Hut Restaurants Facebook Page!
Our customer services team spend all night and a lot of the weekend together in an internet free room coming up with ideas on how we can make our Customer Services better – so we won’t be able to respond within this time. You can expect a reply Monday to Friday, 9am-10pm.
Feel free to tell us anything you like, however we need to make sure the page and the conversations that take place on it don’t offend anyone. We have a few basic ground rules; please take a moment to read through some we’ve listed below. These have been pulled together to ensure that everyone stays happy on the page, after all we’re a family restaurant.
What we don’t want to see:
• Don’t post anything that may provoke, attack or offend others
• Don’t post anything that is intended to provoke attack or offend our employees
• Don’t post anything that is racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit or abusive
• Don’t post anything that contains swear words or other language likely to offend
• Don’t post anything that breaks the law or condones or encourages unlawful activity. This includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court
• Don’t advertise products or services for profit
• Don’t repeatedly post the same or similar messages ('spam')
• Don’t include personal/contact details such as name, telephone numbers, postal or email addresses – we need to keep your information safe!
If you don’t comply with our community rules it is possible that we will delete the post in question. If you continue to break the terms you may find that you are banned from the page, and no one wants that!
