RoboCall
A RoboCall is an automated call that plays a prerecorded message to a live recipient or answering machine on a Landline Phone. Our service takes your unique recording and sends the message to everyone on the target phone list. RoboCalls are used only on Landline Phones.
RVM
Ringless Voicemail Drops are used specifically to target Mobile Phones from your target phone list. A RVM will leave the message directly on the callees voicemail system – without ever ringing the phone. When provided with a phone file, RoboCent will scrub the list to remove Landlines and leave only Mobile Numbers. RVMs are used only on Mobile Phones.
SMS Connect
SMS Connect is a Peer-to-Peer Text Message Platform that sends a script to the target Mobile Numbers on your list. Using US Based Agents, RoboCent will manually send every outbound text to ensure full FCC compliance regarding P2P Texting. If requested, our agents will also respond to inbound messages we receive or tag respondents based on your criteria. SMS Connect is used only on Mobile Phones.
Push-Poll
A Push-Poll is a one question poll with two possible responses. A simple intro to introduce yourself is recommended, followed by the question and possible responses as well as a disclaimer. When the poll is completed, a full report showing who answered the poll, how long they listened, and their responses is provided. Push-Polls are used only on Landline Phones.
Survey
Using RoboCent Surveys you can create a unique phone tree that directs participants based on their responses during the call. There are no limits on the number of questions or answers for your Survey. As the Survey is sending you can watch the live responses to each question in your account. When the Survey is completed, the results are organized and a comprehensive report, in addition to the raw data, is returned. Surveys are used only on Landline Phones.
Transfer Call
Transfer calls are a useful feature that enables campaigns to hear back from those they call. When a Transfer Call is sent, you can direct callees to Press 1 on their keypad to be transferred to a representative you have standing by. Transfer calls can work as a reverse phone bank, where voters call you to learn more or get involved. Transfer Calls are used only on Landline Phones.

TeleTownHall
RoboCent offers an advanced TeleTownHall platform to connect representatives with their constituents. A TeleTownHall is a phone based townhall where voters are dialed and invited to participate in a live call with a Speaker (VIP, candidate, elected official). During the call, participants can press a button on their keypad to be transferred to a screener who will write down their question. If a callee is selected, they will go live on the air with the Speaker to directly ask their question. All reports and statistics are collected during the TeleTownHall and provided when the event has concluded. TeleTownHalls are used only on Landline Phones.
