SunCrafter GmbH creates off-grid power solutions for urban e-mobility infrastructure, green events and plug & play solar home systems for last-mile communities world-wide, all while giving disused industrial PV a second life.
Why off-grid? While cutting costs and installation time, being off-grid provides cities and individuals a huge amount of flexibility to optimise and develop with change.
Why do we upcycle? By 2050 there will be up to 80 million tons of PV waste, with a large portion of this being early-loss and fully functional. These fully functional modules are decommissioned without being tested as it is now cheaper to replace than to test and restore. We have the technology to efficiently test PV modules.
