SunRoof is a rooftop solar developer targeting premier commercial and industrial customers in Chile. Lorentzen and co-investors were the first outside investors in the developer, providing growth equity in 2020. Lorentzen fully exited in connection with SunRoof’s acquisition by a private equity firm in 2025.
