Working with leaders in the retail industry, Veesion uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help retailers address their daily challenges.
We developed a technology based on convolutional neural networks that performs real-time gesture recognition in video content. We apply the algorithm to security camera content in order to automatically detect shoplifting behaviors.
Veesion was founded in 2018 by Damien Menigaux, Benoit Koenig and Thibault David, graduates from HEC Paris and Ecole Polytechnique. We wanted to use the recent progress of deep learning to make store more efficient and safer.
