The IMT™ is a prosthetic device designed to improve sight in patients who have bilateral moderate to severe central vision loss due to age-related macular degeneration and other macular disorders. The IMT works with the cornea to project magnified images over a wide field of the retina and improve the ability to recognize images that were either difficult or impossible to see.
